Staying Plugged #3: January & February 2026
Welcome to the third edition of Staying Plugged. In this newsletter, we recap the latest updates from the Switchboard ecosystem, just in case you pluggers missed anything.
In the first two months of 2026, we launched Time Weighted Average Price feeds and skills to empower AI agents to build using Switchboard. Plus, we announced some exciting upcoming integrations with unique use-cases harnessing the power of Switchboard’s permissionless infrastructure. And we made a stats page so anyone can more easily see Switchboard usage across protocols and chains.
Staying informed: Switchboard Stats
The Switchboard Stats page is live! Using data straight from Solana, Sui, Aptos, and Monad, we’ve put together a stats page that shows total unique users and programs, monthly usage by chain, total value secured, top users, and SWTCH token metrics.
It’s a way to see everything powered by Switchboard, all in one place. For example, just in the last two months, Switchboard has provided nearly 4 million oracle updates to 145 unique protocols across Solana, Sui, Aptos, and Monad.
UPGRADES
TWAP LAUNCH
Switchboard now supports Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP) feeds. TWAP feeds measure the average price of an asset over a preset time interval (5, 10, 15, or 30 min, to 1, 2, 6, or 12 hours).
TWAP feeds protect against volatility and volatility-enabled exploits. They also enable new products to be built on-chain. Overall, they are designed for products that depend on smoother prices instead of more granular, real-time ticks.
They’re also part of the work we’re doing to enable HIP-3 support on Hyperliquid.
NEW DOCS
To start the year off, we completely revamped our docs. With chain-specific tutorials for Surge, Randomness, custom feeds, and more, it’s now easier than ever to build with Switchboard. We even added descriptions for each of the over 60 different task types in our feed builder.
AGENT SKILL
It’s not just easier for devs to build using Switchboard. Thanks to our new Agent skill and LLM-first docs pages, AI agents can learn how to build permissionless data flows on-chain.
INTEGRATIONS
DIVERSIFI
DiversfiFi is launching on-chain indexes with automatic rebalancing thanks to Switchboard’s reliable, permissionless data. This new DeFi primitive will change the game for those who want exposure without the effort. Launching soon.
CRAFTS
Fairer launches are possible. With price-based unlocks, Switchboard is contributing to Crafts’ new launch technologies that will make token launches fair. Also launching soon.
MOONCAKE
Mooncake by RateX, a permissionless tokenized perp market, is now live. Which means it is ingesting Switchboard’s delicious, super fresh, real-time, permissionless data feeds.
KEEL
A ChainSecurity audit of Keel published in January showed Switchboard as Keel’s sole oracle. Real-time Switchboard data protecting swaps from slippage.
TROJAN
A new trading engine launched on Solana. Trojan’s gamified rewards are powered by Switchboard VRF.
VOLO
Volo by NAVI is powered by Switchboard. The best place for BTC and stablecoin yields on Sui.
APTOS
According to a report by Nansen, around 5.7 million Aptos transactions, or around 5% of all Aptos transactions in the second half of 2025 were involving Switchboard. That’s five times higher than the next oracle on Aptos.
EVENTS and NEWS
We published an article discussing the importance of neutrality and why oracles (or really, any infrastructure provider) should not be able to ‘pick winners.’ Permissionless data matters more than you might think.
We hosted Usman from Oro on our Plugging with the Best livestream and discussed macro trends, on-chain gold, and the decentralized Switchboard oracles that make it possible.
There were over 300 mentions of Switchboard in agent-only discussion threads on the Colosseum Solana Agent Hackathon
