Staying Plugged #2: November & December 2025
Welcome to the second edition of Staying Plugged. In this newsletter, we recap the latest updates from the Switchboard ecosystem, just in case you pluggers missed anything. From launching fully permissionless on-chain data subscriptions to shipping day-one on Monad and becoming the sole oracle behind a $2.5B Solana capital engine, November and December pushed Switchboard to a new level.
GAME-CHANGER
In November, we launched On-Chain Subscriptions. You can now subscribe to the Switchboard Surge directly on-chain using SWTCH. 0 millisecond quote intervals, 3 millisecond latency from price source to dapp… Switchboard’s premium data is now open to all, transparently and verifiably accessible on Solana.
Unlike other oracles, Switchboard can’t gatekeep, delay, prioritize, or revoke access to data. We’re not only putting data on-chain, we’ve put data access on-chain too.
That means when you pay for the fastest data feeds, you know you’re getting the fastest data feeds, and nobody is frontrunning your dapp. In fact, because subscriptions are on-chain, you yourself can verify that you are receiving equal treatment when it comes to getting data. If you’re not first, you’re last. With on-chain subscriptions, you know you’re first.
Upgrades
MORE DATA SOURCES
Data redundancy improves reliability. Throughout November, we added Titan, Kuru, and Mace as new sources for Switchboard price feeds.
Titan has proven itself as a capable Solana DEX aggregator in recent months, while integrating Kuru and Mace increases the accuracy of Switchboard price feeds for Monad-based assets. More data sources make for more reliable feeds, which make for stronger oracles and better DeFi for all.
TITAN MEETS SURGE
In December, we integrated Titan’s swaps into the recently-launched On-Chain Subscriptions. That means you can now use USDC and SOL to subscribe to real-time data feeds on Solana. The USDC and SOL is swapped to SWTCH via Titan at the moment you start your data subscription.
TWAP TIME
Switchboard devs spent the last few days of the year cooking up some exciting upgrades to make Switchboard oracles HIP-3 compatible. Stay tuned.
Integrations
MONAD
As the prophecy had foretold, Switchboard was live on Monad on Day 1 with over 50 price feeds. Fastest data feeds on Monad? Check.
We also launched Verifiable Randomness on Monad a few weeks later. And we did a live workshop with Monad Devs on how to build verifiably fair on-chain apps like raffles, games, loot drops and more.
MAGMA
Looking to earn yield on your MON? Magma Staking’s MON liquid staking token, gMON is powered by Switchboard.
KEEL
Back on Solana, Keel announced a $500 million Tokenization Regatta as the first campaign in their effort to allocate $2.5 billion across the Solana ecosystem. Keel is using Switchboard as the sole oracle to price and monitor its Net Asset Value (NAV) and protect its swaps from slippage with on-demand price fetches.
ALPHALEDGER and LOOPSCALE
Alphaledger’s T12 Fund, a tokenized private investment fund made possible by an integration with Loopscale, is powered by Switchboard’s secure, real-time pricing. DeFi rails powering TradFi products? Check.
MOONCAKE
Ratex is building Mooncake, a permissionless tokenized perp market. You can’t really build something like that without real-time, verifiable, and most importantly, permissionless data. So, of course it’s powered by Switchboard.
JUPITER and KALSHI
Our partnership to bring data from every single Kalshi market on-chain continued to create value in November and December with Jupiter’s rollout of its prediction markets product powered by Kalshi liquidity and Switchboard data.
EVENTS and PEOPLE
SOLANA x402 HACKATHON
As the only x402-compatible oracle provider, we threw in some extra prize money to the Solana x402 Hackathon with a bounty for builders combining Switchboard oracles with x402 solutions.
SENDIT
To start December off, we went live with Sendit.fun and dove deeper into how they’re going about building a permissionless money market, and how they were able to avoid potential mass liquidations on 10/10, all thanks to Switchboard’s data.
A week later we shared a more detailed case study on how they did it.
BREAKPOINT
We caught up with all our Solana friends at Breakpoint in Abu Dhabi. DoctorBlocks teased some of our plans for 2026. Here’s a short highlight if you missed it:
NEW FACE
We onboarded our newest team member in November. Follow Jack, our new DevRel Engineer on Twitter!
SHORT VIDEOS
The importance of privacy: Unlike other oracles, Switchboard allows users to keep on-chain data confidential.
Switchboard protected their permissionless money market protocol from mass liquidations during the 10/10 flash crash.
An x402 digital arcade? Sounds fun.
BONUS
If you’d have come to Breakpoint, you could have danced with Mr. Enclave.
Oh, and we sell chairs now. Not actually… Unless…
